Why Us, Why not! Sounds promise to you is to work hard and go the extra
mile to make your event special. Look at what we have to offer.
Appearance
We want your guests to feel comfortable. Sounds will never show up
under-dressed for the occasion. For casual events our apparel is polo
style shirts, for more formal settings our apparel is a shirt and tie, and for
Proms and Weddings tuxedos are worn.
Back-Up Systems
Sounds comes prepared for your event. In the rare case one of our pieces
of equipment is not in proper working order we have back-up equipment
with us to keep the party going.
Consultation
This is your special day and Sounds wants to make the most of it. Prior to
your event a consultation meeting can take place to discuss music,
lighting, programs, and venue sizes. This can be done by phone, e-mail,
or in person, whatever works best for you.
Experience
Sounds owner Rob Utterback has been involved with Music, DJ’ing, and
Audio/Video Production dating back to his days in High School. Over the
years he has kept up-to-date with the latest equipment and music. Sounds
uses state of the art equipment to provide the sound that is right for you.
Price
Sounds wants you to know upfront what services you will receive for the
amount you are going to spend. The consultation, setup, and take down
times are all included in the price. If you want 4 hours of music then that’s
what we will play. The actual price will be based on the sound and lighting
package that you select and the hours that are requested. A refundable
deposit fee* is required to secure the services of Sounds LLC. This
amount shall be applied toward the Performance Fee. Please click the

book an event. *Deposit fee is refundable from time of booking up to 45 days prior to the
performance, after that date the fee is non-refundable
Requests Welcome
Sounds comes prepared with enough music to fill the event. We currently
have a CD database with over 7,000 songs and that list grows weekly.
Sounds has access to the latest music just like your favorite radio
stations. Our motto on music is “If you heard it most likely we have it. If
not we can get it.”
State of the Art Equipment
Sounds uses state of the art equipment from high-end names like Electro-
Voice, Mackie, Numark, Samson, Odyssey, and American DJ.
